Accounts Executive – Full Set & Inventory
Summary
Maintain full-set accounts, reconcile ledgers/inventory, and prepare GST schedules for a gas distributor in Singapore.
Position: Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive – Full Set
Location: Defu Lane
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Gas Distributor
Main Responsibilities:
Maintain a complete set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
Prepare quarterly GST schedules and support timely GST submissions.
Maintain complete and organised finance records and supporting documents.
Perform month-end closing activities and ensure financial reports are completed within the required timelines.
Perform bank, ledger, inventory and other relevant account reconciliations.
Coordinate stock-take activities, reconcile inventory records and follow up on identified discrepancies with the relevant departments.
Perform other related accounting and finance duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification.
At least two years of relevant accounting experience, including hands-on full-set accounting and month-end closing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting or ERP systems.
