Accounts Executive (Full Set - MNC) #JTL

• Maintain the full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
• Manage and prepare quarterly GST submissions.
• Perform proper housekeeping, filing, and maintenance of financial documents.
• Handle month-end closing and ensure timely completion of financial reporting.
• Conduct stock takes, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with audit schedules and provide the necessary supporting documents for audits.
• Perform any other accounting or finance-related duties assigned by management.

Job Specifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in handling a full set of accounts.
