Accounts Executive (Full Set / SAP) - Up to $4000 | TUAS
- Position: Accounts Executive (Full Set / SAP)
- Location: Tuas Crescent - Company transport provided (Pick up point at Jurong East and Marsiling MRT)
- Working hours: 5 days, Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.15pm)
- Salary: Commensurate with experience: Up to $4000 + Bonus + 14 days annual leave + Medical
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Wholesale of diesel-powered generators
Main Responsibilities
- Handle AP, GL, journal entries and month-end closing.
- Prepare management reports, cash flow reports and audit schedules.
- Process supplier invoices, payments and vendor records in SAP.
- Perform AP, bank and inventory reconciliations.
- Prepare GST returns and maintain the Fixed Asset Register.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, tax schedules, transfer pricing and board reports.
- Handle other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience. Candidates with broader closing, SAP or reporting experience may be considered for a more senior appointment.
- Hands-on experience in AP, GL, closing and bank reconciliation.
- Knowledge of GST, audit schedules, cash flow and fixed assets.
- Practical SAP ERP experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
