Summary
Handles day-to-day accounting tasks, prepares financial reports, processes payments, and ensures compliance with tax and audit requirements for a Singapore-based services firm.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and support month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Process payments and ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Support GST, tax, audit, and other statutory reporting requirements.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and proper documentation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on finance-related matters.
- Support process improvements and assist with ad hoc finance projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience
- Experience handling full sets of accounts
