Accounts Executive(Immediate)
Summary
Handles full accounting operations including month-end closing, financial reporting, and accounts receivable/payable for a Singapore-based company.
▪ Handle full spectrum of accounting roles, performing full set of
accounts
▪ Prepare month end closing documents such as general ledger, journal,
schedules and bank reconciliations
▪ Ensure all month end closing are timely and in accordance with
accounting standards and company policies
▪ Timely Month-end close and preparation of monthly Financial
Statements and Management Reports
▪ Analysis and interpretation of financial results and performance of the
company
▪ Responsible for generate of customer’s invoices
▪ Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers
▪ Assist in liaising with external auditors, tax agents and professional
advisors on related matters
▪ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required
. Hands on with Autocount experience is an advantage
