Job Summary
Manage accounting functions to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with statutory requirements in a dynamic automotive environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full set or partial accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger to maintain accurate financial data
- Perform bank reconciliations and execute monthly financial closing to ensure completeness and accuracy of accounts
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, to support business decision-making
- Process supplier invoices and customer payments promptly to maintain smooth financial operations
- Monitor accounts receivable and actively follow up on overdue payments to optimize cash flow
- Prepare GST submissions and assist in audit and tax matters to ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation for audit readiness
- Liaise effectively with auditors, tax agents, banks, and suppliers to facilitate financial processes
- Assist with payroll and CPF submissions as needed to support HR and compliance functions
- Provide support for administrative duties and other ad-hoc assignments to contribute to overall office efficiency
