Accounts Executive

Accountant Responsibilities:

• Oversee the duties of the accounting team & implement accounting systems and processes.
  
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Also, should place audit systems for other manufacturing departments as well.
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards. Ensure compliance with tax laws & other government departments.
  
• Utilize accounting software and systems to manage financial data, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency.
  
• Drafting of submissions before government departments, tribunals and ensure compliance with state & central revenue service.
  
• Advising on all TDS, TCS, GST & other compliance departments.
  
• Manage the full financial process.
  

Qualifications:

1. Education: Hold a recognized degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

2. Experience: Relevant experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, or financial advisory services is preferred.

3. Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.

4. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex financial data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights.

5. Attention to Detail: Exhibit a high level of accuracy and precision in financial analysis and reporting.

6. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

7. Ethics: Uphold the highest ethical standards in financial reporting, compliance, and client confidentiality.

8. Problem-Solving: Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address financial challenges and provide innovative solutions.

9. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

10. Software Proficiency: Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial tools.
