Accounts Executive
Summary
Handles full accounting cycles, payroll, tax filings, and audits for a Singapore-based engineering firm, using Excel, AutoCount, and local compliance tools.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and maintain full sets of accounts
- Timely preparation of monthly financial and management reports
- Submit GST & CPF e-submission contribution
- Preparing payroll, update and maintenance of employee file (Hire, resignation) Submission such as tax clearance, annual tax filing, NS claims, maternity claims
- Preparation of monthly & year-end fixed assets schedules for auditor
- Liaise with the auditor and related professionals during the financial year
- Preparation of monthly & year-end fixed assets schedules for auditor Liaise with the auditor and related professionals during the financial year
- Follow-up on ISO ,BCA Licenses renewal
Requirements:
- Min O Level and above in related fields
- At least 2 years of relevant experience is required for this role
- With a Construction background is added advantage
- Able to communicate in English and chinese (in order to handle queries and concerns from English and Chinese speaking counterparts in regards to the accounts and hr related matters.)
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Auto Count)
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Salary will be commensurate based on qualification and experience
- Preferable singaporean only
