Accounts Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking and prospecting activities. Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align client-facing activities and ensure that client expectations are met.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and recommend improvements in strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, transactions, and progress towards sales targets. Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is typically required.
- Experience: Relevant work experience in sales or customer service is highly beneficial. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and relationship management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client data, enabling informed decision-making.
