Accounts & Finance Manager

As an Accounts and Finance Manager, you'll manage and streamline the financial backbone of our business, ensuring compliance, transparency, and efficiency across all money flows.

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting - AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and ledger entries.
• Ensure accurate and timely vendor and rider payments.
• Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance (PT, PF, ESIC, and tax filings).
• Prepare and review financial statements - P& L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations and product teams to align financial processes with business workflows.
• Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring zero compliance gaps.
• Track receivables and collections, maintaining healthy cash flow.

Requirements:

• Experience: Candidates with experience in last-mile logistics (3PL) / hyperlocal delivery companies preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's or master's in commerce and finance, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with compliance and statutory requirements (GST, TDS).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
