Accounts & HR Executive
Working Hours
- 6-day work week
- Shift work (Night Shift)
- Off day: Every Monday
Job Responsibilities
Accounts
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accounting records.
- Process staff claims and supplier payments.
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
- Support external auditors and accountants when required.
Administration
- Perform daily administrative and office support duties.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain company records and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare reports when required.
- Assist in other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management.
Human Resources
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment contracts and HR-related documents.
- Maintain employee personal files and attendance records.
- Process leave applications, payroll-related information, and staff benefits.
- Liaise with government agencies where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR administration.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
