Accounts Manager

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
  

• Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, and cash flow statements.
  

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
  

• File GST and TDS returns and coordinate audits.
  

• Manage export-import accounting, foreign remittances, LC/BG, and related documentation.
  

• Process vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and payroll coordination.
  

• Monitor accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely month-end closures.
  

• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
  

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  

• Lead and supervise the accounts team while improving financial processes.
  

Requirements

• B.Com with CA Inter/CMA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
  

• 5–8+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
  

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Export-Import Accounting, and statutory compliance.
  

• Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and Advanced Excel.
  

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  

• Experience working with Zoho Books or other ERP/accounting software.
