Accounts Manager

You will be responsible for managing the financial health of the organization through effective cost control and budgeting practices. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department, ensuring timely processing of accounts payable and receivable. - Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, and income tax. - Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance profitability. - Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Utilize Tally for accurate financial reporting and analysis. - Oversee product costing and export accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with foreign exchange regulations. - Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes. - Proficiency in GST, TDS, and income tax regulations. - Experience with statutory compliance and financial reporting. - Excellent skills in cost control and budgeting. - Proficient in Tally and other accounting software. - Knowledge of product costing and export accounting. - Familiarity with forex and foreign exchange regulations.
