Accounts Manager

 Preparation of accurate Monthly P&L statements
 Budget preparation and budget vs actual analysis
 Monitoring outstanding receivables and structured follow-up
 Ensuring proper billing coordination across service lines
 Managing internal accounts, payroll oversight & statutory coordination
 Strengthening internal financial controls
 Communicating confidently with team members and clients regarding financial matters

 Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & statutory compliance
 Ability to independently prepare P&L and MIS reports
 Strong Excel proficiency (analysis, reconciliation, reporting)
 Confidence to question inefficiencies and improve processes
 Maturity and ownership mindset
