Accounts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial and accounting operations of a 4-star hotel located in Andheri, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotel, airline, or airport lounge sectors, and will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the establishment through effective management of accounting practices and compliance with statutory regulations. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting and finance operations, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and handling Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation. The Accounts Manager will also monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting, ensuring timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory obligations. Coordination with auditors for internal and statutory audits is essential, as well as overseeing payroll accounting and vendor payments. Additionally, the role involves maintaining fixed asset registers and inventory accounting while monitoring hotel revenue, cost control, and profitability. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance, with an MBA (Finance), M.Com, or CA Inter being advantageous. A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in accounting and finance is required, with mandatory experience in the Hotel, Hospitality, Airline, Airport Lounge, or F&B industry. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, MIS, budgeting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance is essential. Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and hotel accounting software such as IDS, Opera, or SAP is preferred. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate good analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
