We’re a fast-growing tech company building the next generation of retail software solutions. From content management systems to self-ordering kiosks, we are setting the stage to build a regional retail solutions powerhouse.
We currently count the likes of Koufu, Crave Nasi Lemak, Tiong Hoe Coffee, CHICHA San Chen, Jinjja Chicken etc. amongst our customers; our overseas presence consists of Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan with expansion plans across Asia (and more!).
The team consists of storied members from diverse backgrounds in education, blockchain, finance, tech and businesses based in Singapore, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
We are looking for motivated (obviously) individuals who are passionate about changing the region.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone to be part of the foundation of the company that makes the company tick.
You will work directly with the heads of departments to coordinate installation and troubleshooting requirements
What you will do
Serve as the primary contact between our customers and the back-office team
Understand customer requirements and requests to promptly provide suitable solutions and resolve issues
Prepare operational reports for internal stakeholders
We are looking for:
Someone that enjoys engaging with customers and works well with timelines and urgency
Understanding of software and tech-savvy!
Experience with Point-of-Sales systems and/or software roles would be a valuable bonus
