Accounts Officer
Location: Singapore (Temporary office arrangement until new office is secured)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and timely.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow transactions.
- Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare accounting schedules and reports as required.
- Support audit, tax, and statutory compliance matters.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties when necessary.
- Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma, Degree, LCCI, ACCA, CAT, or other relevant Accounting/Finance qualification.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Meticulous, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
- Salary budget: As per approved CDD budget.
- Remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

- Company is currently in the process of establishing its Singapore office.
- Management is expected to visit Singapore in July to source and secure a new office location.
- 5-day work week.
- Fresh graduates with relevant accounting qualifications may be considered.
- Salary budget to follow the approved CDD allocation.
