Being renowned within the industry for their reliability and dedication of service, they have increased their market share and are now seeking to employ an Accounts Clerk.

The Position…

Working alongside the Hire, Service and Corporate Teams to ensure the smooth operation of the business, you will be responsible for; managing the processes of the business' primary accounting information, managing credit card data, bank account data, invoicing, accounts payable/ receivable, payroll and various statements in Salesforce and Xero.

Further responsibilities include:

  • Review and submit customer and supplier account applications.
  • Manage Accounts emails and correspondence.
  • Daily maintenance of the ‘WIP - Accounts Team’ Shared Drives folder.
  • Manage relationships with employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders of the business.
  • Adhering to all our internal policies and procedures.

The Ideal Candidate…

The ideal candidate will have hold a qualification in Bookkeeping, Accounting or similar along with the following;

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar high volume data entry role.
  • Salesforce experience preferred but not essential.
  • Xero experience essential.
  • Professional "Can-do" attitude.
