We are now seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely management of all accounts payable activities.

What You'll Be Doing | te Tūranga

In this position, you will be responsible for processing invoices and credit notes, managing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc payment runs, maintaining creditor master data, and completing supplier reconciliations in line with agreed timelines and organisational policies. You will build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, respond to creditor queries, and proactively follow up outstanding approvals to ensure smooth workflow and prompt payments. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to special projects, support colleagues during absences.

About You | Mōu

You’re a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Payable professional who takes pride in delivering accurate work and meeting deadlines. You will bring strong numerical and reconciliation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach to building positive relationships with both suppliers and colleagues. Comfortable working with financial systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, you will have a keen eye for identifying discrepancies, the ability to prioritise competing tasks, and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement. Most importantly, you will be a collaborative team player who demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to achieving high-quality results.
