Your key responsibilities will include:

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.
• Perform accounting activities with the team.
• Update customer invoices and prepare booked invoices for payment.
• Review purchase orders, delivery notes and other supporting documentation for invoice matching.
• Check the content of incoming supplier invoices, accounting in the supplier module (SAP).
• Check the content of travel expenses (OA/ SAP Concur).
• Reconciliation of receipts and proofs of completion.
• Keep in contact with vendors.
• Preform month-end closing activities.
• Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries related to AP activities.
• Collaboration with other departments.

You are the perfect candidate if you obtained:

• BSc or MSc studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field,
• 1-3 years relevant experience,
• Knowledge and experience with ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office,
• Fluent in both Hungarian and English,
• Problem solving mindset with the ability to multitask.
