Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to join our finance team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the order-to-cash (O2C) process and experience in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor management. - Oversee accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing and collections. - Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve cash flow. - Prepare financial reports related to accounts payable and receivable activities. - Assist in month-end closing activities and audits as required. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. - Familiarity with the order-to-cash (O2C) cycle. - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
