A global industrial group is expanding its presence in Porto and building a team to support a variety of internal business activities.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and evolving environment where you can make a tangible impact from the outset. As an early team member, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the setup of activities, help define effective ways of working and take responsibility for key deliverables. The role offers exposure to an international environment and the possibility to expand your skills and responsibilities over time.

Responsabilidades:

- Lead, develop and engage the Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense team, fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture;

- Organise and allocate operational workloads, manage priorities and provide support during peak periods to ensure operational stability and achievement of targets;

- Oversee invoice processing, supplier payments, expense management, reimbursements and account reconciliations;

- Manage the Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense governance framework, including internal controls and audit compliance;

- Monitor performance through KPIs and operational metrics, implementing corrective actions where necessary;

- Ensure compliance with processes, policies, internal controls and service standards, managing exceptions and escalations;

- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT and other departments to drive process standardisation, automation and continuous improvement.

Requisitos:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field;

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or financial operations within a Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) environment;

- Minimum of 3 years of team leadership experience;

- Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational improvements;

- Strong analytical, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills;

- Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage;

- Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
