Looking for an opportunity to build your experience in accounts payable, invoice verification, vendor coordination and data management? Join a dynamic team where your attention to detail, organisational skills and communication abilities can make a real difference!

What You'll Do:

• Contact vendors and guide them through the PayNow onboarding process.
• Review onboarding forms and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Respond to vendor enquiries and follow up on outstanding submissions.
• Perform data entry and update PayNow UEN/NRIC details in SAP S/4HANA.
• Support administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organised and proactive, with a keen eye for detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable communicating with vendors and handling data entry.
