We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our vibrant finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a relevant qualification and 3-6 years of experience in a similar role to work in a dynamic, high-trust environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately manage and process company expenses and vendor invoices
• Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and ensure compliance with policy
• Arrange employee travel and accommodation bookings as needed
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve expense and budget-related queries
• Support continuous improvement of expense and payment processes
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure timely payments

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in accounts payable and financial administration
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage confidently across all levels of the business
• Prior experience with travel and accommodation bookings (a plus)
• A high standard of integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion
