What you'll do
As part of the Administration and Finance team, you will be responsible for:
Accounting management: Review, recording, and daily entry of supplier invoices.
Treasury: Preparation and management of payments to suppliers and creditors.
Budgetary control: Support in the preparation, monitoring, and control of internal budgets.
Document management: Organization and filing of the department's internal documentation.
General administrative support: Continuous support for tasks within the finance area.
What we're looking for
Academic training: Intermediate/Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Management or a University Degree (Business Administration, Economics, or similar).
Experience: Between 1 and 2 years performing similar functions within an administrative/accounting department.
Technical competencies: Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data management).
Languages: Native or bilingual Spanish.
Personal profile: We are looking for a methodical, analytical, and organized person with attention to detail to quickly integrate into the work dynamics.
What you'll get
Salary conditions: Competitive salary of €21,000 gross/year.
How you'll work
Unbeatable location: Offices located in Barcelona (C.C. L'Illa Diagonal), with excellent public transport connections.
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday: 09:00 to 14:00 h and 15:00 to 18:30 h.
Friday: Intensive workday from 09:00 to 15:00 h.
Hiring: Initial 3-month contract through a temporary employment agency, with the possibility of continuity and direct incorporation into the permanent staff depending on performance and structure.
