• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, following through to completion with vendors and co-workers
Vendor Relationships & Communication
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with our vendor partners
• Provide timely payment updates to vendors as needed
• Communicate clearly and promptly with vendors and co-workers
• Improve how we communicate and resolve payables issues across the business
Process Improvement
• Learn our current A/P workflows, then recommend and implement improvements
• Help build out and optimize our use of Ramp for approvals, bill pay, and vendor management
• Ensure filing and documentation are timely, accurate, and well organized
• Support the Accounting Supervisor as needed
Team Leadership
• Supervise and support the Accounting Assistant
• Delegate appropriate work and set clear expectations
