Accounts Payable Specialist, Full-Time

Accounts Payable Specialist needed full-time at our Price Administration office. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This role manages the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment execution, strong vendor communication, while ensuring precise numerical data entry. The ideal candidate possesses strong organized skills, exceptional attention to detail, and high reliability. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Gmail/Google Workspace is a plus. Pay starts at $20.78/hr, with additional compensation dependent on education and experience. Desired qualifications include 2+ years of accounts payable/accounting experience or a degree in Accounting or Business Administration. Schedule is 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
