We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to support our growing financial operations team.

What You'll Do

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities include

• Process accounts payable invoices and deposits for client properties.

• Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Monitor property budgets and spending activity.
• Support collection efforts for delinquent accounts following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
• Collaborate with the financial operations team to provide outstanding client service.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Qualifications include:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
