Crisafulli Bros. Home Services is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our office in Albany, NY!
Responsibilities
- Answer calls professionally build strong relationships through prompt, accurate service
- Verify customer and invoice information for accuracy; resolve invoicing questions and customer concerns, explain pricing and payment terms
- Review and accurately invoice daily work orders, ensure materials, labor, and equipment are properly accounted for
- Follow up on invoice issues and document customer interactions
