Job Description
Precision Electric Motor Sales is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily accounts receivable operations, maintaining accurate customer accounts, processing payments, and assisting with collections!
Responsibilities
- Process and post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on past-due accounts.
- Contact customers regarding outstanding balances, payment arrangements, and account discrepancies.
- Research and resolve billing issues, payment discrepancies, and customer account questions.
- Maintain accurate customer account records and payment information.
- Work closely with customer service, sales, and other departments to resolve account-related issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally through phone and email.
Qualifications
- Previous accounts receivable, accounting, or related administrative experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
