Accounts Receivable Cleanup Specialist-Temporary

Responsibilities

• Review, research, and resolve aged patient account balances to improve accounts receivable performance and reduce outstanding receivables.
• Analyze denied, underpaid, and unpaid claims; identify root causes and take corrective action to secure appropriate reimbursement.
• Work directly with insurance carriers, patients, and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Conduct account audits to ensure accurate billing, coding, payment posting, and compliance with payer requirements.
• Prioritize and manage high-volume account inventories while meeting established productivity and collection goals.
