Accounts Receivable Clerk

Accounts Receivable Clerk Key Responsibilities:
- Review jobs from prior day for accuracy.
- Find and fix any errors from jobs prior day.
- Follow up on open jobs where payment was not collected from prior day.
- Deposit funds for Check, Credit Card, and Cash payments.
- Follow collection process and collect on open jobs not paid.
- Maintain accuracy of Accounts Receivable and Customer Accounts.
- Ensure jobs are closed and accounted for in the correct period.
- Account for and recognize deferred revenue and maintain accounts.
Accounts Receivable Clerk Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years Account Receivable experience.
- Experience with Sage Intacct.
- Financing experience.
- Experience working with 3rd party maintenance management platforms.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.

$23-$25/hr. DOE
