Accounts Receivable Collections Representative

We are looking for a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Collections Representative.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle Daily Incoming Calls/Emails from Patients & Clinics
• Monitor Self Pay Accounts
• Monitor Credit cards on file
• Manage Payment Plans
• Patient Balance Accounts Follow-Up
• Prep & Send Monthly Patient Statements
• Update Invalid Addresses
• Call patients with outstanding balances
• Send Collection Letters
• Prepare & Send Accounts to Collections
• Weekly Patient Balance Reporting
• Review Patient Credits & Working Refunds
• Backup Patient Payment Posting
