Accounts Receivable Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes and proficiency in relevant software, particularly Oracle Financials and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: - Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records. - Process payments and manage cash applications efficiently. - Maintain accounts receivable records and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. - Generate reports on accounts receivable status and provide insights to management. - Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable. Required Skills: - Proficiency in bank reconciliation and payment processing. - Experience with cash application processes. - Familiarity with Oracle Financials, Oracle ERP, and Oracle General Ledger. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
