AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) Healthcare RCM

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
• Resolve payment issues and ensure timely reimbursement.
• Appeal denied claims and correct claim errors.
• Analyze remittance advice (ERA/EOB) to identify payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all calls and claim updates.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Minimum 1+ years of AR Physician Calling experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Strong understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals, and reimbursement processes.
• Knowledge about Medicare Medicaid & CMS-1500 form
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes in a voice process.
• Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Comfortable working rotational shifts.
