2+ years’ finance experience in the hotel, hospitality or student accommodation sector
Familiarity with general ledger systems, and high proficiency in MS Excel
Strong customer service skills, with excellent written and verbal communication
A detail-oriented, organised self-starter who proactively spots problems and fixes them, and is confident to question when something doesn’t look right
Dependable, enthusiastic and a great team player
Experience with NetSuite, a room booking system such as StarRez or PEX, or the bond lodgement process will be highly regarded
WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN?

Exposure to a large, diversified living platform with real scale and complexity
Strong focus on wellbeing, growth, and inclusive culture
