Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the cash application process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactions, and performing bank reconciliations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of financial systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Process cash applications and ensure accurate posting of payments to customer accounts. - Manage accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices. - Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. - Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. - Utilize financial software such as Oracle Financials, Oracle Fusion, and AS400 to manage accounts receivable functions. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to accounts receivable transactions. Required Skills: - Proficiency in cash application and accounts receivable processes. - Experience with bank reconciliation procedures. - Familiarity with Oracle Financials, Oracle Fusion, and AS400 systems. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
