Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing, invoicing, and cash applications, with a focus on dispute management and the order to cash process. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely collection of receivables and maintaining healthy cash flow for the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the accounts receivable process, including billing and invoicing, to ensure accuracy and timeliness. - Handle cash applications and ensure that payments are processed correctly and efficiently. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and discrepancies related to accounts receivable. - Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to facilitate timely collections. - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with clients regarding their accounts. - Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve the accounts receivable process. - Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status and metrics to management.
