Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tamil Nadu or Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable processes, particularly in the context of US healthcare billing. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections, which directly impacts the financial health of our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the accounts receivable process, including AR calling and follow-ups on outstanding invoices. - Handle denials management and work towards resolving billing discrepancies. - Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate physician and hospital billing. - Utilize RCMS and other billing systems to track and manage accounts receivable. - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with clients. - Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging reports to management. Required Skills: - Proficiency in AR calling and accounts receivable management. - Experience with denials management and resolution. - Knowledge of physician billing and hospital billing processes. - Familiarity with US healthcare billing regulations and practices. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and healthcare providers. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
