Job Duties:
- Enters daily cash receipts and applies payments to customer accounts for retail locations and Agmate.
- Monitors and responds to customer request for invoices and statement copies.
- Processes customer credit applications and communicates with retail stores and wholesale division regarding new account set up.
- Distribution of monthly customer statements.
- Reviews AR aging for all retail and wholesale accounts.
- Requests credit reports, as needed.
- Reports on credit limits for wholesale accounts annually.
- Reviews customer order shipment requests for past due accounts and over credit limit accounts for wholesale division.
- Any and all other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications for the position:
- Associates Degree or 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong Excel spreadsheet skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and data reconciliation techniques
- Epicor Eagle experience a plus
- Intermediate experience with Google calendar, docs, sheets, forms, and Gmail
- Strong understanding of general ledger systems and AR aging.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Excellent business communication skills – both written and verbal
- Team player with ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Detail oriented and high personal standards for quality of work
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Physical Expectations:
During the job, employees are regularly required to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods, use their hands to handle or control objects, and perform tasks that involve reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching.
