Piscataqua Landscaping & Tree Service is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our administration team. If you love keeping numbers clean, enjoy problem-solving, and know how to turn a “past-due” conversation into a positive customer interaction — we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As our Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of our AR process — from processing daily deposits and reconciling bank transactions to managing account aging and communicating directly with customers about their balances. You’ll work closely with teams across our branches and divisions to keep our financial data accurate, current, and running smoothly.

This is an in-office position. The Accounts Receivable Specialist works on-site at our office in Eliot, ME.
