Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable processes, particularly in the context of US healthcare and international BPO environments. This role is crucial for ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections. - Conduct AR calling to follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies. - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation of accounts. - Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications with clients. - Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding their accounts and payment inquiries. - Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of the accounts receivable process.
