Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end process of invoice generation and ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts. Lead efforts in resolving billing disputes by analyzing account details and communicating solutions to clients. Conduct proactive payment follow-ups and collections to minimize outstanding receivables and meet financial targets. Utilize MS Excel to generate detailed reports on account status, aging, and collection performance. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of payment delays and implement corrective actions. Requirements Requirements: Possess a minimum of one year of professional experience within the Accounts Receivable or Customer Service domain. Demonstrate proven expertise in handling billing dispute resolution and managing payment follow-ups. Exhibit strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and report creation.
