Ace Sales Clerk

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their home improvement needs. This role involves engaging with customers, restocking merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting overall store operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and eager to learn.

Essential Job Functions:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs
• Stock shelves, maintain organized and fully merchandised sales areas
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment (including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal)
• Assist with receiving and unloading delivery trucks
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately when needed
• Assist customers with carry-outs and loading merchandise into vehicles
• Help deter theft through awareness and attentiveness
• Perform daily register reconciliation and assist with other basic accounting tasks when assigned
• Support store team and perform other duties as assigned by leadership
