ACH Operations Initiatives AVP
You lead ACH Payments initiatives from coordination and operational design through delivery and stabilization. You improve processes and controls, manage operational activities, coordinate user acceptance testing, maintain procedures and documentation, resolve issues, and assess operational, regulatory, and industry risks.
Responsibilities
- Lead coordination, documentation, tracking, and delivery of ACH Payments initiatives
- Design, execute, and prepare operations for complex projects affecting ACH processing
- Analyze operational and business processes and implement sustainable improvements
- Manage client profile setup and maintenance, research, investigations, and issue resolution
- Lead user acceptance testing for ACH enhancements, changes, and initiatives
- Develop and maintain procedures, process flows, and operational documentation
- Identify, escalate, and address operational, regulatory, and process risks
- Assess banking and payments industry trends and their impact on ACH operations
Requirements
- Extensive experience supporting ACH payment services
- Strong working knowledge of NACHA operating rules and guidelines
- Understanding of payment file formats and end-to-end ACH transmission and processing workflows
- Experience representing operations in large enterprise projects
- Experience leading business analysis, process improvement, and initiatives in an ACH payments environment
- Ability to manage complex initiatives independently and coordinate across teams without direct authority
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, conflict management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
