Oversee and manage the maintenance, repair, and compliance of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems in facilities, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repair of ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Review technicians' service reports to verify findings, assess completed work, and recommend appropriate follow-up actions.
- Prepare, review, and process quotations for maintenance works, repairs, replacement parts, and improvement projects.
- Evaluate technical issues and provide recommendations for repairs, system upgrades, preventive maintenance, and cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for ACMV systems.
- Conduct site inspections and technical assessments when required.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company procedures, statutory requirements, and workplace safety regulations.
- Monitor service quality and respond promptly to customer enquiries and technical issues.
- Prepare maintenance records, reports, and documentation for management and clients.
- Support project execution, system testing, and commissioning where required.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and procurement of ACMV-related materials and services.
