ACMV Engineer
Summary
Oversee and execute air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) projects, coordinating with clients and contractors to design, install, and commission systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Prospecting new customers and prospose a solution to satisfy their requirements
- Planning monitoring project schedules and resources.
- Co-ordinating to ensure projects run smoothly and act as a point of contact with clients, consultants, architects and sub-contractors.
- Prepare and submit technical shop drawings for approval.
- Project Management and site supervision of the Installation and Commissioning of Air-Conditioning and mechanical ventilation works at Residential and Commercial Building.
- Planning and Design of M&E and Air-Conditioning works
- Attend site meeting, site inspection with sub-contractor and consultants.
- Modify the M&E Drawing According to Site Condition.
- Conduct the testing & commissioning of ACMV system.
- Managed the supervisor and workers to complete within limited time.
- Prepare monthly project progress claim/ progress report.
- Estimating and predicting the cost of tenders.
- Working experience in Air-conditioning/Chilled Water system and Mechanical Ventilation
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with experience in Electrical and Building Control Management System - Possess AutoCAD and drafting experience in an advantage
- Good knowledge in Building M&E services(BMS), with project site experience in ACMV / Fire Protection & Electrical Systems for M&E specifications, installation and maintenance
- Good problem solving skills and ability to learn and interpret contract requirements quickly
- Working experience / knowledge in Electrical and Building Control Management System
Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in ACMV systems.
To carry out maintenance of air-cond works, troubleshooting electrical systems
Possess good communications skills. - Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- 3-5 years of working experience in project management or related field.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Flexible, analytical and efficient in problem solving
- Able to visit job site
