ACMV Project Manager (Chilled Water Unit)
Summary
The Project Manager will lead and coordinate ACMV and mechanical works for construction projects, specifically focusing on chilled water units. Responsibilities include managing work schedules, preparing progress reports, and conducting site inspections.
- Lead, manage and coordinate ACMV/Mechanical works for building/industrial construction projects (requires experience in Chilled Water Unit)
- Plan, develop, and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, detailing delays, defects, and necessary rectification measures for ACMV/Mechanical-system works.
- Report on progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience with an M&E Contractor in a Managerial capacity
- Diploma/Degree and above in Mechanical, Mechatronics or relevant engineering discipline
- Comfortable with 5.5-Days Workweek
- Advanced knowledge of local code of practice of design implementation.
