ACMV SUPERVISOR
Summary
Oversee on-site installation, ducting, and piping for air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, interpreting technical drawings and ensuring safety and quality compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise ACMV installation, maintenance, and repair works at project sites.
- Coordinate daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to project schedules and specifications.
- Lead and supervise technicians, subcontractors, and workers.
- Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and project teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site operations.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Prepare daily work reports, progress updates, and site documentation.
- Attend site meetings when required.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience supervising ACMV installation or maintenance projects.
- Good knowledge of ACMV systems, installation methods, and construction practices.
- Able to read technical drawings and construction plans.
- Possess a Class 3 driving license (preferred).
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
