  • Drive the creation of next‑generation audio products across categories and price tiers, pushing the boundaries of sound performance
  • Own acoustic concepts end‑to‑end — from vision and prototyping to validation and final performance tuning
  • Define and challenge acoustic specifications through hands-on measurements, data-driven analysis, and deep system understanding
  • Shape the sound signature through critical listening, combining cutting-edge DSP with electroacoustic excellence
  • Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams, contribute to product concepts, and communicate progress, risks, and insights to stakeholders
  • 5 years of experience in acoustic development, with strong expertise in measurement techniques and trained listening skills
  • Solid ability to assess loudspeaker performance and identify, analyze, and resolve acoustic issues
  • In-depth knowledge of transducer and enclosure design, supported by experience with modern measurement systems (e.g., Klippel, CLIO) and simulation tools (e.g., LspCAD, AKABAK, VituixCAD)
  • Good understanding of DSP-based audio processing, with the capability to develop signal-processing solutions for optimized system performance
  • Structured, self-driven working style combined with strong communication skills, a passion for high-quality audio products, and fluency in English (German is a plus)
  • A long-term employment contract with 30 days of vacation per year, plus 1 day off on your birthday and up to 2 days off for community service

This position is a full-time position with 40 hours per week and is remunerated with an annual gross salary of between €50.000 - € 55.000, depending on professional experience and qualifications.
